What does tenant “mix” have to do with retail properties?
Would tenant “mix” effect the financial value of the property as far as monthly/yearly rents and even resale value? How?
Is it a good business strategy to have a day care center, Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealership Sales and repair, Namaste Yoga studio, Bookstore, temporary worker (day laborer) center, State Prison authority parole office, dry cleaners and adult entertainment video store in the same retail shopping center?
What plan would you use for different types of tenants to create the higest value for the shopping center?
