Not all discrimination is prohibitedby law. For example, employers routinely discriminate between potentialemployees based upon education or experience. Other types ofdiscrimination are more subtle, but still legal. For example, someemployers discriminate between potential employees based upon personalcharacteristics such as weight or attractiveness. Should employers bepermitted to discriminate based upon attractiveness? Take a side andargue that an employer should or should not be permitted by law todiscriminate against persons who are not attractive.
