The likelihood ofdiversity training contributing to the enhancement of business developmentthrough increased ROI would be very promising. It is imperative for businesssuccess and profitability that organizations implement a diversity trainingstrategy. ROI from diversity training would be lower employee turnover, decreaserecruitment cost, increaseproductivity and employee retention. I say this because I work for a home careagency that deals with a high turnover rate because of the several reason.Diversity training will allow the employees understand not only their clientsbut will allow the employer to understand his employees and the clients.
