Please follow the instruction in the outline for the common assignment attached below. There are 3 parts to this assignment and it is 20 pages long APA style. Part 1- I am doing my internship at west midtown medical group and you can view their website and find out all the information you need to know like mission, goal, service, location and etc. I have also attached the assessment which includes client’s presenting problems, the individual, family and environmental level, the case formulation and intervention plan. I have a few more things to attach to this assignment which would be the 3 literature and some class readings to go along with this assignment. I was not allowed to attach anymore documents but I will post them when the assignment is accepted.
I work as a counselor there and I am also doing myinternship their which consists of using social work approaches and conceptsthat we learn in class when meeting with a patient.
